Return and Replacement Policy:
If customers receive items in a damaged condition, they must inform us via email at ebhandarcrm@gmail.com with a supporting picture of the damaged items in the original packaging within seven days of receipt.
Damaged items must be returned to us in unused condition with all original boxes, parts, and accessories via courier. We will bear the return shipping charges. We reserve the right to either replace the damaged item entirely or provide a 100% money-back guarantee (if the issue is not resolved within a maximum of 30 days). A replacement will be sent after the returned items are received and inspected.
The replacement is void if the inspection reveals any of the following:
- The item has been used.
- Any parts/accessories are missing.
- Damage was due to improper handling, not as prescribed by the manufacturer.
- The product was tampered with or attempted to be modified.
- Products must be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, in original condition with original tags, including but not limited to the product barcode, price tag, etc., and packaging intact.
