Uses two AA alkaline Batteries.Put soy sauce and vinegar in a cooking bowl and mix adequately.Add salad oil gradually while mixing.Add salt and pepper to taste after the oil is mixed in.Insert the mixer and turn on the switch once the mixer head is completly submerged .Keeping the mixer submerged in the dressing,move it slowly up and down for about 10-20 seconds.Do not use glass containers.The Mixer may scratch the glass.
